Common questions
How do I pay?
It depends on where your delivery pin lands. Inside Addis Ababa you pay cash to the driver. Elsewhere in Ethiopia you transfer by bank or Telebirr and attach the receipt at checkout. Outside Ethiopia we arrange it together on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Addis Ababa orders are usually delivered within a day or two once we've agreed a time. Elsewhere in Ethiopia depends on the courier route — I'll give you a realistic estimate when I confirm your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Every order is delivered — there's no pickup option. Placing a pin at checkout is all that's needed.
Are the prices negotiable?
No. Every price matches the official DXN list price. As an Independent Distributor I'm not permitted to discount or undercut it, so what you see is what you pay.
